The Matching Process
We have been helping surrogate mothers give the gift of a child to loving
couples for over years. That is not years in various other fields of
practice. We have been 100% involved in surrogate parenting for years! There
is no other agency in the world that comes close to our experience. Surrogate
mothers have trusted us for over years to protect their families while they
are focused on helping a couple realize their dream of parenting.
We pride ourselves on the attention to detail we apply to every surrogacy
relationship. We take care of the paperwork and finances so you can concentrate
on the things that really matter - this pregnancy and your developing a
relationship with your couple.
Now that you have read our stories, how do we match you with an amazing couple?
There are four basic steps to ensuring you are matched with a compatible
couple:
First step: We currently have couples waiting to be matched with surrogate
mothers. These are couples who have passed our screening, have retained our
services, completed their paperwork and are ready to begin as soon as they are
chosen by a surrogate mother. Counselors in our program will recommend matches
to you based on various psychological criteria (the kind of relationship you
are looking for, your personality, etc) as well as important issues such as
your opinions regarding termination of a pregnancy.
The second step is the legal status of surrogacy in your state. We have to
consider the status of the law in the state you will deliver in. Some overseas
couples cannot work with surrogate mothers who deliver in certain states due to
complications in getting their names on the original birth certificate.
Third step: How quickly can you get your information to us and participate in
our screening? Some surrogate mothers like to proceed slowly, some are anxious
to proceed as quickly as possible. We will work at the pace set by YOU.
The fourth step involves you choosing a couple after reading several profiles.
They need to choose you. Yes, you get to choose your couple. We will present
you with several couples so you are can make informed choice when deciding on
which couple to help. You are not alone in this process - you have a team of
counselors who are there to guide you through the process. You get the help you
need when you want it.
Once you have indicated to us there is a particular couple you are interested
in, we will enter your name next to their name in our records. When that couple
is ready for matching, the counseling team will look at the surrogate’s name
next to each couple. Their priority is to determine if you are ready to be
matched with that couple before presenting any other surrogate to that couple.
We want you to work with the couple of your choice and will work hard to ensure
you can help the couple you have selected.
